TANK MODULE FEAUTURES
  • All AMS Water Truck Modules come with fully integrated ROPS & FOPS system designed and fabricated to AS2294-1997 to suit range of cab over & bonneted vehicle chassis.
TANK CAPACITIES
  • 15,000 - 20,000 litres
TANK FITTINGS
  • Top fill point interchangeable funnel, front, middle & rear fill hatches, rear access ladder, and site level gauges front and rear.
  • Full handrails around top of tank to Australian Standards design.
  • Fold down design for transport.
PUMP SYSTEM
  • 3” high lift water pump with three fan sprays.
  • Pressure outlets include a 1” ball valve outlet for hose reel.
FAN SPRAYS
  • Three magnum air operated spray heads.
  • One left, one right and one central.
  • All individually controlled from cabin.
DRIBBLE BAR
  • 125mm full width type with air operated butterfly valve controlled from cabin.
OTHER PIPING
  • 150mm quick dump pipe and valve from bumper level to rear of tank wall.
  • Tank bottom fill point with pipe to top of tank and butterfly valve c/w 75mm camlock male and cap.
CANNON
  • Air operated, mounted in rear right hand corner top of tank remote controlled from cabin.
HOSE REEL
  • Graco spring rewind complete with 15m x 25mm hose and variable spray water faucet.
BUMPER
  • Full width bumper incorporating LED tail lights & clearance lights.


LIGHTING
  • LED lights top corners of tank.
  • Reverse alarm and reverse light fitted.
  • Hella Amber Strobe type mounted on cab.
  • 12 volt work lights fitted to the rear work area
CAB CONTROLS
  • Mounted on cab console.
  • Air switched controls will be fitted in a control box mounted to the front of the centre console.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER
  • Fitted to front driver side of tank.
TANK PAINTING
  • Tank and all components sandblasted to class 2½.
  • Internal tank lining will be two pack epoxy to minimum 400 micron.
  • External tank finished will be a two pack system to corporate colours hand rails and ladder to ASY14 yellow.
HYDRAULICS
  • A Hotshift PTO will be installed driving a gear pump.
  • A 250 litre oil tank will be integrated into the front left corner of the water tank.
  • A suction filter with replaceable canisters will be installed in the return line.
REVERSING CAMERA
  • Camera is fitted to the rear of the tank with the roof mounted colour monitor located in the cabin. (Audible Model)
OPTIONS
  • Allison or Telma retarders are available from most makes and models.
  • Wrap around bull horn extensions for dribble bar.
  • Hour meter for PTO circuit to monitor pump hours.
  • Foam injection system for water cannon with inbuilt 200 litre foam tank
